Do you offer extended holiday returns?
Yes, we do! To make your holiday shopping stress-free, we offer an extended return window for all orders placed between November 3, 2025 and December 31, 2025. These items can be returned anytime up to January 31, 2026, as long as they remain unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
How do l cancel or edit an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service at customerservice@aosom.eu as soon as possible.
Here’s what you can do:

- Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
- We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 24 hours of placement. This is because orders may be processed once received
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by checking the shipping confirmation email, which contains a tracking number and a link to the courier's website.
How long does shipping take?
Our products are delivered to most parts of the EU within 3 to 10 business days. You can expect to receive your order within 4 to 11 business days after placing it. Delivery times may vary based on your location. For specific details, please refer to the transit time table in our Shipping Policy.
What if l order to an undeliverable location?
