Included are four 2.5 kg weight plates, four 1.25 kg plates, as well as 2 dumbbell handles and a connecting rod. Combine the weights and bar length according to your preference to make your training versatile and effective.

Do you offer extended holiday returns?
Yes, we do! To make your holiday shopping stress-free, we offer an extended return window for all orders placed between November 3, 2025 and December 31, 2025. These items can be returned anytime up to January 31, 2026, as long as they remain unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
How do l cancel or edit an order?
