I paid twenty six quid for the 20 kg, I use a 10 kg vest but it wasn't a challenge.with this vest it comes with 40 bags of stuff you add, roughly 500g per bag. Therefore adjusting weight is quite easy,Tip, use a shoe horn to slip them in.
