Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal 

AOSOM values customer satisfaction and strives to ensure your shopping experience is 100% satisfactory. If we fall short of this goal, you are entitled to exercise our return policy.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you receives the last item. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. Please note that AOSOM does not cover return shipping costs. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3. Defective or damaged products

If the product you received is defective (e.g., due to damage during transport) or does not match the description (e.g., significant color differences or inconsistency with the product images online), please contact us within 14 days. Damaged or non-compliant products will be collected by the courier, and return shipping will be covered by us.

4. Exchanges

The exchange process is the same as the return process. You must apply for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. 

5. Out-of-Stock Products

While we make every effort to ensure availability, if a product you ordered is out of stock, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.
You will receive a full refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Product Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of shipment.
