Do you offer extended holiday returns?

Yes, we do! To make your holiday shopping stress-free, we offer an extended return window for all orders placed between November 3, 2025 and December 31, 2025. These items can be returned anytime up to January 31, 2026, as long as they remain unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How do l cancel or edit an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders due to a change of mind. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you need to edit your order information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service at customerservice@aosom.eu as soon as possible.
