- - FULLY ADJUSTABLE: Both the seat and the weight rack are fully adjustable. The seat backrest can be adjusted at 4 different angles (-10°, 180°, 165°, and 150°), the weight rack is adjustable between 117-136 cm, and the abdominal cushion and elbow pads between 90-110 cm
